1934 Morgan Super Sports
Status: Allocated until 2026
Exhilarating! Wonderful open-air motoring with surprisingly lively performance from the JAP engine. A very different drive. Car generously offered by the long time owner.
1934 Singer Le Mans
Status: Allocated until late 2025
The marque gained fame following great success in the Le Mans race during the 1930’s. The car has little weather protection so it is one for the fresh air types!
1936 Ford Model Y Saloon
Status: Allocated until early 2025
A good usable example of the more rare 4 door version of Ford’s sturdy 8 hp. saloon. The first £100 full four-seater car, it was the popular entry car for many motoring families and remained so for years. Ideal for pottering around the country roads. Car offered to the project, specially bought by a syndicate of 4 owners.
1936 Austin 7 Ruby Saloon
Status: Allocated until 2026
A later version of the Austin 7 above, and the final model in the Austin 7 range. Typical 1930’s small car motoring in gentle style. easy to drive and maintain. A car that will bring many a smile.

1937 Morgan F4

This sporty 3 wheeler is offered by the Morgan Three Wheeler Club. The F4 has a conventional water cooled Ford 8hp engine (hence the “F ”) as distinct from the JAP and Matchless versions. As such it has more conventional driving controls, so gives the successful applicant a chance to sample fresh air motoring 1930’s style!
1935 Morgan Family Model

1955 Sunbeam Talbot Sports Saloon
Status: Allocated until late summer 25
A lovely example of this sports saloon of the era. The Sunbeam Talbot was a famed marque over many decades and was a winner of the Monte Carlo Rally. This 2 litre up market car was the envy of many motorists in the era. It is well capable of keeping up with modern traffic and in some comfort too.
1955 MG Magnette

A privately offered saloon from the famous sporting MG family.
Performance from the twin carb engine to keep up with modern traffic....and a well appointed interior with wooden dashboard etc. An upmarket sporting family car to be used and enjoyed.

This colourful 4 seater coupe is an excellent example of this US designed but British made classic. The Nash design was to appeal to the American market as an economy car, marketed in UK too.

1959 Triumph Herald

A triumph of Italian styling (no pun intended) – revolutionary in design with forward hinging bonnet giving amazing access for care and maintenance. Being a full 4 seater with ample luggage space and excellent handling this car became a regular on our roads. This low mileage car kindly offered by the Triumph Six Sports Club.

1980 Triumph TR7

A hardtop version of this popular sports car offered privately but supported by the Triumph TR Register . Controversial styling at the time but now accepted as an excellent starter classic. One of the last of this famous marque – Triumph – produced.
1981 Triumph TR7

The Triumph TR Register is offering this sports car for loan. The TR7 was a complete new design for the established company with a reputation for a long line of sports cars. This particular car is being overhauled by Triumph specialists ready for a new driver in August.

A typical family saloon from the era. with updated styling and economical 1.7OHC engine in an unusual but factory colour. A previously one owner car from new now being fully sorted mechanically ready for a young enthusiast to enjoy.

Offered into the project by Retro Marques company. A lively and desirable modern classic with a good kerb appeal. An excellent ‘starter classic’ with good following which will create opportunities for attending events and pleasure trips with family and friends.

This emerging classic, in superb condition, is offered by a private owner and supported by the Rover 200 club.

1984 Austin Maestro 1.3L

The Maestro is becoming recognised as a classic after years at the hands of the BL bashing brigade. The car sold in large numbers to families seeking inexpensive motoring. This is a sound example and is an excellent choice as an entry car into the classic world.

A traditional English sports car – MG – the name tells you all! Open tourer with lively performance and 1950’s style. An applicant is sought from Scotland to be near home support during the loan period. Offered by a private owner and supported by the Octagon MG Club.

Ford’s family car to break new design ground, son of the Cortina and proven to be a popular car for the family and business rep. An emerging classic. This groundbreaking design from Ford was controversial at the time. This one is in fine condition with a mass of paperwork to support its history.

This restored and very usable saloon, in tidy condition, will give a genuine 1930’s driving experience. The Morris 8 was a popular car of the era and gave family service for many years to thousands of families. Economical and easy to maintain. Excellent for country roads at a leisurely pace.
